alexis1758352 The default output language follows the client’s language settings and is not based on the selected audio language. We prefer the default output to match the language used by the client.

If you wish to batch export subtitles in a language different from the client language, you can change the client’s language setting to your desired output language. This way, the output will default to that language.

Understood, but for some multilingual person, this is not convenient as we do have movies in different languages, therefore my proposal which would not be difficult to implement here… These are less than 10 lines of code :-) I will be happy to test for you

Major queue issue with up to 138 jobs in the queue with very large wait times.
Please can you fix this? This is not OK to have to wait up to 20-25min to get the cloud to start processing…

alexis1758352 How long did you have to wait from the time you were in position 138? I put on into the queue at position 82 and after 1.5 hours I’m all the way up to position 34.

Just purchased this without even trying it because I have maybe a thousand shows in languages I don’t have a great grasp of that don’t have any subtitles
I’m curious what the cloud is used for - does it require transfer of the entire video? If not, then what all is transferred back and forth?
Also, can someone clarify if each video in my local queue enters in to the end of the cloud queue or if they are batched together on the cloud?

tim1885009 An hour later it reached to top of the queue, but the “0/0 lines completed” doesn’t seem very reassuring for a status.
Edit: Okay, now the number is climbing…

tim1885009 Currently, the system operates on a queue basis. Only after the current task is completed will the next task begin its conversion. Running local processes in advance is not supported.

I had 9 successful subtitles made and since then the last 20+ attempts have failed - it looks like they reach the “Cloud Audio Analysis in Queue” state when they fail, but I’ll see if I can catch them getting any past that.

Yes, Same here. Got about 30 successful subtitles made and today everything is failing (And longer cloud queues)
Is this software dying of success?
