Has anyone tried to use this program when the video already has an embedded (but not burned in) subtitle track? I have a series of videos with embedded subtitles. Unfortunately, however, those subtitles are not well timed, include duplicate text and have other problems. Consequently, I want to create a new subtitle srt file for these videos. Instead, when I put the videos through the program the end result was a srt file with what appears to be an exact duplicate of the embedded track. Also, in the processing there is virtually no time taken up by the usual video and audio processing, it almost immediately goes to the processing of the lines of the subtitles. Thus, it seems that when the program observes an embedded subtitle track, it simply creates a srt file for that track without regard to the actual audio in the file. (Presumably, though, it would have translated that to another language if I had wanted it to.) Anyone else experience this? Any way to have the program actually create a new srt file from the audio rather than just copying the existing subtitle track??
