Make sure that there is space in the path where the AI model is stored, and try to clean up the space or change the path where the AI model is stored.

The firewall is not blocking the connection because the request successfully reaches ai-api-ca1.dvdfab.cn.
The SSL/TLS handshake completes successfully.
The server responds with 405 Method Not Allowed, meaning it does not allow GET requests on /v2/download

The plugin and the AI model are two different servers.
Try to change the installation location of the model (at least 6GB available on the space disk)
Try changing your network environment using a VPN

We are Not allowing ping to pass through our firewall due to security concerns

is there a way to manually control the downloads. A switch to disable the downloads of models.

WE can close this ticket as the AI models download is working as we allowed ping to pass through our FW.
