downloading video models - hangs

Hi there:
Hope all are doing well. We hare are currently trying out the trial version of unifab 3.0.1.0 and when converting/up-scaling, the app say “ \downloading video models” and nothing happens. How can I debug this issue and resolve it ?

Before you respond to the “utilities.log” file, if it’s a network issue, maybe this will work for you:

Optimize the network environment and try to change the network nodes using VPN software.
Verify local security Settings and temporarily turn off firewalls or anti-virus software to exclude the possibility of interception.
