The audio upmixer can only load and process source files that are video files.
Did you extract the audio separately from the video?
To assist you better, we need the original video file for testing. If possible, please upload the original video file via Google Drive or Dropbox and provide us with the download link. We will analyze it and get back to you as soon as possible.
