Help for the best graffix card for unifab

Hello everyone,
I have 2 graffics cards at this moment a rtx 2060 and a rtx 4080 super.
With the msi 4080 super works great for gaming nothing wrong with it (i’m not a gamer but my friend tested the msi card on my pc) but with unifab it shuts down almost daily when i try to upscale to 8k.Very hard to make a series of mkv’s.And while converting there are no other tasks running.
With the rtx 2060 no errors i can do everthing i want denoising ,upscaling no problems but i takes a lot of time.
I’m looking for a new graffix card i want a fast one to replace the rtx 4080 super but i want no errors very annoing.
Still i think unifab is the best software out there for the hobby home theatre content converters out there.
Also looking forward to see the end version of subtitel generator!I have a aAlexander movie in german subs and i converted them to dutch so far no issues!!Still have to see the complete movie i just picked some random timestamps.
So give me some advice for a new graffics card.

1.Are you able to use the 4080 Super to upscale MKV files to 8K? Is the issue that the program itself shuts down, or does the entire computer shut off?

What is the current memory capacity of your device? If your computer restarts during conversions, we recommend increasing your computer’s memory. At the same time, please also check the power supply and the GPU temperature, as they could also be potential causes. If the 4080 Super performs well during conversions, there is no need to replace the graphics card.

AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D processor 4,2 GHz 128 MB

And a aio cooler cpu temp is 60 to 70
Graffics card temp i need to check but it will be fine.

Its just the program that shuts down.
Some times it upscale 2 a max 3 movies to 8 k and than i have problems sometines from the first one.
All the tools are great!
What i would like before version 3 there was a possibilty to add mew titles in denoise and upscaling and upmix will he was already running.And press start so that the pc keeps on working.Sometimes now it stops in the night and if i coud add from the day before it keeps on running.
If you have over the 900 blu ray disks and i want them to denoise ,upscale and upmix than every hour counts.
At this moment of time i have 40 denoise 8k movies with upmix dts sound and over 120 denoised 4k movies.

I understand that it’s not UniFab causing your computer to shut down, but rather the client program crashing during the conversion process, is that correct?
If it is a program crash issue, we will investigate and address it.
If you want to apply denoise, upscaling, and upmix to a single video simultaneously, you can try using the Autopilot feature, which can fulfill this requirement.
If you have any other suggestions, I look forward to your reply.

Because its a big list with all my movies i can only auto pilot one at the time.And i prefare dts so take out the mkv the audio file save it to ac3 a start up the upmix to dts.
Because i’m building a theatre room :)

After trying 5 startups of unifab i get 4 shutdowns of the program after some minutes.
But now it seems to be running but only one mkv no other mkv to follow up.
So less workload i think.

I have understood the issue you reported, and I will get back to you immediately once there is any new progress. By the way, the AI subtitle feature has optimized the queue management logic, so it can now deliver conversion results faster. You are welcome to give it a try.
