I tried version 4111 and things have improved, but if you convert a video and enter a specific bitrate, the result is a completely different bitrate after the conversion. It is normal for it to change a little, but here the difference is very large, sometimes as much as 2000 or more.

Regarding the bitrate discrepancy you mentioned — where the actual output bitrate differs from the set value by 2,000 or more after conversion — we have logged this issue and passed it to our technical team for investigation.

Today I updated to 4.1.2.0 and there are still many problems, so I went back to 4.0.7.1 again, which only works partially!

The new layout of the settings windows is also not easy to work with.
The window for trimming a video to remove black bars, for example, is confusing, and if you adjust a setting, it is not applied during the conversion.
You cannot delete a personal setting in the settings.
Saved personal settings do not work either, and the “apply to all” button does not work either.
If you want to modify an audio file, you cannot choose between all the different bitrates; if you do manage to adjust one, e.g., 320-bit, it turns out to be incorrect after conversion, and the bitrate is 448-bit or something similar.
The “apply to all” button also does not work in many cases, and even when it does work, the bitrate has completely changed after you want to trim a video to remove black bars, for example.
There are other items that aren’t working properly, but I can’t think of them at the moment.

I also forgot to mention that if you install 4.1.2.0, it installs Media Player as well. This didn’t work, and when I wanted to play a video file, I saw that it had set itself as the preferred player.

Regarding the issues you mentioned, including settings not being applied correctly, personal presets not being saved or deleted properly, the “Apply to all” button not working as expected, parameter changes after trimming black bars, and the audio bitrate after conversion not matching the selected settings, we have verified and successfully reproduced the related problems.

Right-click copy and paste does not work in the settings either.
The “Apply to all” button does not work in many cases, and even when it does work, the bitrate has completely changed after you try to trim a video to remove black bars, for example.
After conversion (remux into file), the subtitles are in PGS format instead of SRT format
After converting a video file, you always get the message x FAILED

So far, these are the things I remember immediately; if I come across any other items, I will let you know. For now, I’m going back to 4.0.7.1

Are you referring to a previously available feature where you could save and delete custom/personal presets?
Did this feature exist in an earlier version, such as 4.0.7.1, but is now missing or not working in 4.1.3.0?
Could you share the specific page or setting panel where you saw this issue? A screenshot would be very helpful.

We want to make sure we fully understand whether this is a missing feature, a changed interaction, or a malfunction in the current version.

For now, if version 4.0.7.1 works better for your workflow, you may temporarily roll back to that version. Meanwhile, we’ll continue checking the issues you reported and follow up once we have more information.
