We listened: Unlimited Subtitle Generator AI restored for Old Liftime Users

Dear UniFab Users (Subtitle Generator AI Lifetime Buyer),

We sincerely apologize for the recent dissatisfaction caused by the introduction of the Credit System for the Subtitle Generator AI module. We realize that changing the rules for existing Lifetime users was not the right decision.
We value your trust above all else. Therefore, we are making the following adjustments:

1. Restoring Unlimited Access (No Credits Required)
If you purchased the Subtitle Generator AI Lifetime License before December 4, 2025, at 10:00 UTC（The launch time for the new version）, we will restore your Unlimited Access. You will no longer need to consume credits to use Subtitle Generator AI. For new users purchasing after the date mentioned, the FabCloud Credit System will remain in place to help us to provide a better user experience and sustain the high cost of cloud computing resources.

2. Important: Please wait for the Next Update
Our development team is working urgently to implement this logic change. This requires a new client version update, which may take a few days to release.
In the meantime: Please continue to use your existing credits to generate subtitles.
Don’t worry: Once the new version is released and you update, the credit consumption for subtitles will stop automatically.

3. A Gift for You: Keep the Credits!
To apologize for the confusion, the extra FabCloud Gift Credits from Subtitle Generator AI we recently added to your account will NOT be revoked.

Once the update is live, you can still keep these credits and use them to try out our other high-speed cloud features (like Subtitle Generator AI Online Version, Video Upscaler AI FabCloud Version and HDR Upconverter FabCloud Version, etc.) for free. Please consider this as an additional compensation and gift.

Arregles todas sus fallas que tienen muchos ya se estan marchando a otras soluciones, yo me fui encontre una solucion que me sorprendio tengo verdaderos resultados profesionales en UPS, les comento esto para que recapaciten y corrigan sus errores, despidan al gerente que les esta guiando a que un programa tan querido este decayendo por sus malas deciciones, es un consejo arreglen todas sus fallas y respeten a sus clientes responda no se queden en silencio.
