For lifetime users of the Subtitle Generator AI or any other Fabcloud product, it’s really disappointing and frustrating to see a new FabCloud credit system being implemented with no heads-up or warning, especially when the processing time feels the same as using local mode. This essentially turns a lifetime purchase into a limited service, because once credits run out, we’d have to pay again just to process videos. If this credit-based system becomes permanent with no option to use local processing instead, I would like to request a refund, as this isn’t what a lifetime license should turn into.
