Hello! I am a new user, I installed the software, but I can’t use it because I can’t download the ai model and extensions. I’ve tried everything I could find on here about this.

Please check if your host blocked UniFab:

Open Windows Explorer and navigate to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc;
Open the HOST file with Notepad, and then delete all the entries about DVDFab /Unifab ;
Save the modified HOST file and quit.

Note that due to system permissions, you might need to copy the HOST file to another location, and after being modified, copy it back to replace the existing one.

If it still doesn’t work: Please change the network environment to try again.
If you have VPN, you can try VPN to do this.

Also, I was able to download it before I bought it and only universal mode worked. Animation mode did not work.

After I bought it, I could not download it. I can’t encode at all.

I sent it to chat but it’s been over 48 hours and there has been no progress. I think it’s a problem with the software.

I would like it to be improved.

アニメーションモードは動作しませんでした

購入したらダウンロード出来なくなり全くエンコード出来ない状態です

You can delete the plug-in path and restart the software to try again. The default is %appdata%\UniFabAI\UniFab\Runtime
Replace the plug-in path, restart the software, and try again
Uninstall the reinstalled software completely and try again
