So if we look at HDR in more details, there are 3 options of HDR:
HDR 10
Bit Depth: Good
Peak Brightness Minimum: Good
Metadata: Static

HDR 10+
Bit Depth: Great
Peak Brightness Minimum: Good
Metadata: Dynamic

Dolby Vision
Bit Depth: Great
Peak Brightness Minimum: Great
Metadata: Best

When do you plan to introduce HDR10+?

Also, there are 5 levels of DisplayHDR Tiers: 400, 500, 600, 1000 and 1400, which are the one you have been implemented here?

Finally, Dolby Vision has a lot of different profiles and some of these do not work well with different players or TV, etc. such as profile 5 as it does not have an HDR fallback profile. Most people are using profile 7 or 8 for this reason.
Therefore the question, can you explain which profile you are using today and the plan to support other profiles such as 7, 8, etc..

It would be good to have a detailed description of this feature

HDR10+ Support
At this time, we do not support HDR10+. To better assist you, could you please provide details about your playback environment (e.g., device, player, or TV model)? This information will help us understand the specific requirements and compatibility.
HDR10 and DisplayHDR Support
We currently support HDR10. Regarding the DisplayHDR certification levels (400, 500, 600, 1000, and 1400), we refer to public information such as this detailed comparison for your reference:

Please let us know which level you are specifically interested in, and we will provide further information on our implementation.
Dolby Vision Profiles
Presently, our Dolby Vision implementation supports Profile 5. We are aware of various Dolby Vision profiles and their compatibility issues with different playback devices. As such, we plan to add support for Profile 8 in future updates, which is more widely compatible and preferred by most users.

Regarding HDR10+ I would like it to work with the latest AppleTV, iphone 15pro, Macbook pro M3 Pro.
Regarding the levels, I’d like to be able to select which one I want in some options, right now 500 or 600 would be a good compromise.
Yes, profile 8 would be much better with an HDR fallback option, but it would be good to be able to select which one we want in the UI

If you could use that, this would allow you to offer the options to choose profile 5, 8.1,8.2, 8.4
The key one to have is 8.1 anyway….
