Failure in converting videos, Unifab 3.0.1.3

Hello I have the lifetime paid version of unifab and on my new PC I’m getting “failed” when trying to do any conversions,
Like converting SDR to HDR, upmixing audio and upscaling the video,

Every time it just says “failed” with no real reason,
My pc is new and pretty fast and has no issues running anything else

Specs of my new pc
Ultra 9 285k CPU
Nvidia RTX 5080
64GB Ram
4TB NVME SSD

This pc is beefy enough to handle this, So how do I go about uploading logs or working with Support to see why all my conversion fail? I’ve made sure to select the 5080 as the converting GPU

It will run and usually just say failed at the end or once I saw the program crash out, also is their the ability to open a direct support ticket since I’m using the paid version?

The videos I’m trying to convert are 1080p X265 video files 1-2 hrs long that play fine on everything so that is not the issue

swanlee1663116 Please upgrade to the latest version v3014 and try again to see if it has resolved the upmixer issue within Autopilot.

Thank you for your feedback. When using Autopilot, please do not use Upmixer simultaneously. If you need to use Upmixer, it is recommended to use it separately.

Additionally, you can change the save paths for temporary files and output files to avoid storing them on the C drive.

You can also clear the temporary files, which are saved in the “Documents\UniFabAl\UniFab\Temp” directory.

Furthermore, we have identified this issue and will resolve it as soon as possible.

I’m also using an Ultra 9 285K CPU and an Nvidia RTX 5070 Ti, and I’m experiencing the same issues as you. It’s even worse for me — I sometimes get a blue screen. I don’t even bother with the ticket system anymore because they always reply with the same thing: that I should update to the latest version (as if we hadn’t already thought of that ^^), and that a team of “engineers” will look into it. But you never hear back from them, and the ticket just gets closed…
