I purchased 4 products with the Combo package on September 21st - paid almost $300 Canadian, it is now the 26th and I still haven’t received the products I paid for. Customer “support” is completely nonexistent.
I actually realized after I had purchased that I had made an error with my email and contacted them through their support web form telling them exactly what the problem was. Received an automated AI email reply that I would be contacted within 48 hours and an another email saying “Your OTP verification code is: XXXXXX This code is valid for 10 minutes. If you did not request this, please ignore this email.” With no other explanation whatsoever. I had no idea what to do with that code - tried logging in without success.
Anyway, like I said, 5 days now and I’m still waiting with none of the products I paid for.
