Hi I bought this unifab software mostly for the watermark removal from video files anyway I have a windows 10 pc and when I go to add a video file to remove the watermark through the ai way of the software it does the percentage then when it goes to remove the watermark from the video file after it has done the 100 percent it turns my pc screen black and I can’t do anything I have to turn my pc off by the mains or hold the button on my pc to turn it off has anyone helse found this problem I read online that it is to do with your graphics card and other people online that use unifab software I have read online that it is to do with your graphics card
So can unifab please fix the unifab software the watermark removal bit using AI on the software
