My problem with latest update 4.2.1.0.

My problem when I updated my Unifab to 4.2.1.0 to this newest version my Unifab will not open it crashes even after i uninstalled it and then reinstall it. Is anybody else having this issue?

You can explain it to the user like this for better clarity and safety:

Please back up any relevant data first, then exit UniFab and delete the following folder:

C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\UniFabAI\UniFab\data\subtitle-editor

Once the folder has been deleted, restart UniFab.exe and check whether the issue has been resolved.

We recommend making a copy of the subtitle-editor folder before deleting it, in case you need to restore the original data later.

NOPE IT DONT WORK. STILL CRASHES

I even went as far as reinstalling my operating system of my computer I can still install UniFab AI version 4.2.0.0 and it works. But when I try to Install the Update 4.2.1.0 it goes straight to the crash report page. and yes I even did a total clean Install, removed every piece of it even from the registry and tried to install it still keeps crashing.

Maybe if enough reports they receive, it can get fixed.

Can’t update past version 4.2.0.0
