Only purchased the app 2 days ago. Already ready to request a refund. Is not as good as they said it was.
My PC specs: I have a Ryzon 9, 4090 GPU, Gen5 SSD, 64gb 6000mhz DDR5 ram.
Please move the Fabcloud section to the bottom on the app, or atleast add a minimiser.
- I purchased the All in one, and wont be using fabcloud. I have accidently hit the fabcloud option a few times now because they have the same names, and have almost started the upscaling. It’s just an annoying layout.
-With the layout, it needs an option so you can just add a video, and change between options of video upscale or face upscale ect. Right now you need to find the section than add the video each time and it gets annoying. For the price I thought the app would be better organised.
-Need an option to bulk process using Auto AI. Right now can only add 1 video, need to wait to finish before doing more.
Additionally I have a support ticket im waiting to be answered.
-Deinterlace mkv video gets stuck before it even starts. It’s a ripped video from Makemkv, It shows 60% with the remaining time rising. When i hit cancel video, the app freezes. I have to close the app, and because it still has process running, I need to use task manager to close completely before I can re-open.
-This same thing happens with the Auto AI, yet it gets stuck at 75%.
-I tried the AI Video Upscaler, and halfway through the video and the app crashes.
