Video colorization doesn't work

I bought UniFab colorizer.
After opening this window in the program I can’t download plugins and models. After loading a movie for coloring and selecting shades I get a failure message and the text download runtime environment
So nothing works

Plug-in download caused by the task conversion failure, if there is no problem with the network, you can try the following three methods

You can delete the plug-in path and restart the software to try again. The default is %appdata%\UniFabAI\UniFab\Runtime
Replace the plug-in path, restart the software, and try again
Uninstall the reinstalled software completely and try again
