Is it normal for customer support to be so bad? My daughter purchased Unilab for me last Saturday as a Father’s Day present. I got the receipt and welcome email, but when I log in, Unilab says I have no products. I opened a ticket and sent emails, but there has been no response, and it still says I have no products. Do I need to ask for a refund and/or claim fraud if this BS continues? I am really disappointed.
