I have a 1920×1080 (H264) video with a bit rate of 7919 kbps.
When I drop it in Unifab, the conversion bit rate goes to 4351 kbps.
How is the 4351 kbps determined/calculated?
Why does this stay the same regardless of the codec I choose (H265, AV1, etc)
