Before make any purchase I wanted to test the Rtx RapidHDR AI feature but it did not work. The video output is black and with sound only. The size of the original video was 22gb and the software said that the output would be around 45gb. But the output was under 2gb.
I have an Rtx 5070 Ti and my game ready driver is always up to date. I have checked the settings, the option “Enable CUDA/IQS/AMD Hardware acceleration” was checked and the AI Processor option had my gpu selected.
I would love to buy your product for precisely this feature, fast SDR to HDR conversion. I have already used one out of my three free tries. I’m really interested in this feature. Please fix this issue, thank you.
