We need to inform you of an important point: VideoRefiner AI Local version is currently only supported on Windows. There is no Local version available for Mac at this time. As a result, the version you purchased cannot run on Mac.
For Mac users, the available option is VideoRefiner AI FabCloud version — which provides the same AI enhancement capabilities, processed on our servers, with usage billed per minute against your FabCloud credits. It is fully compatible with Mac.
If you prefer a refund, we can arrange a full refund. Please let us know your preference.
