What happened? It just stays like this and then the error message appears saying it can’t process sending a message to UNIFAB. It’s like this since the update.

As always, there’s never an answer; they leave customers hanging without a solution. I’m tired of installing several versions and nothing works, Unifab doesn’t work.

You can upload logs via the client: click your avatar in the bottom-left corner (personal center) → expand the menu → select “Feedback”.

Ctrl+Z this is always the same here, you are releasing without testing clearly and expect us to do it for you, when are you going to stop doing this? This is utterly upsetting to get something like this
Testing a new release is a must, and should take longer than developing it, anything not tested should not be released at all such as colorization which has never worked in real life application, RTX HDR was released not working, the list is so long of examples, it is not funny…
You expect us to praise your solution, so fix the quality and stop releasing when you do not thoroughly test, I have never seen such poor quality in a SW so full of basic bugs

Alex, I completely understand your frustration — encountering issues after an update is never a pleasant experience.

You’re right: every release should go through thorough testing, and we don’t dispute that. Version 4.1.2.1 was an emergency hotfix to resolve conversion failures in VideoRefiner AI. We ran internal regression tests, but clearly didn’t cover all scenarios — that responsibility is ours. The latest version 4130 addresses some known issues from before, and we’re continuing to make fixes.

Regarding your claim that Colorizer has never worked for you: we have to note that this doesn’t align with the feedback from other users and internal testers who have successfully used it. We’re not denying that there may be specific cases where conversion fails, but if it has truly never worked on your end, please submit a ticket through the feedback option or the “My Tickets” section in your account. Our technical team will analyze your logs to investigate.
