Dear Customer,
Thank you for contacting UniFab Support.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the abnormally slow processing speed in Video Upscaler AI, the GPU not being properly utilized, and the issue where conversion tasks drop to 0.00 FPS and make no progress after the 4.x release.
Based on the information you provided, you have already selected the high-performance NVIDIA GPU in UniFab, Windows Graphics Settings, and NVIDIA Control Panel. However, Task Manager still shows that the NVIDIA GPU is hardly being used, while the CPU remains under high load. This does require further investigation to confirm whether UniFab is correctly recognizing and utilizing the AI processor.
To help our technical team locate the cause, could you please provide the following information?
Your current UniFab version number
Your NVIDIA graphics driver version
The log files for the affected task
The format and codec information of the source video
Screenshots of the selected AI model and output settings
A screenshot or short screen recording showing the CPU/GPU usage after the task starts
If convenient, please also provide a short source video sample that can reliably reproduce the issue. You may upload it via Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, or another cloud storage service, then send us the accessible download link. Please make sure the link permission is set so that we can access it.
We will forward the information to our technical team for further analysis, including whether the issue may be related to GPU recognition, AI model execution, driver environment, or compatibility with the current version.
Regarding the feedback from Fab365 users that UniFab has not been able to convert videos properly since the 4.x release, we will also record and report this to the relevant team for further checking.
Thank you for your cooperation and patience. Once we receive the requested information, we will continue to follow up and provide further assistance.
Best regards,
UniFab Support
