@mhdata1605502 Noted. What you’re describing — the queue showing Finished while the disk is still being written to — sounds like a UI state sync issue with actual processing progress. That’s a real problem, and it clearly cost you files this time.
To help the engineering team reproduce it, could you share:
- Full UniFab version number (Help > About)
- OS and version (e.g. Windows 11 24H2)
- Which module were you using? (Video Converter / Video Enlarger AI / something else — please be specific)
- Roughly how many tasks were running in that batch when it happened?
- Was the whole batch queue showing Finished while the disk was still writing, or was it a single task stuck in the Finished state with ongoing disk activity?
One thing worth keeping in mind in the meantime: don’t delete or move source files until tasks are fully removed from the Queue or UniFab is completely closed — that should prevent this from happening again.
