unifab face enhancer STOPS at 9.95%

I bought unifab ai and recently added face enhancer. However it just stops any processing of videos and my computer just does nothing when it reaches 9.95% complete. I recently read TOPAZ had a similar issue but they have since resolved it. Any chance of UNIFAB doing hte same as I have a few videos I want to process. I might just get a refund to be honest if it isn’t sorted asap. To note…I am fairly certain it is the software at YOUR END that is the issue and not any anti virus softwarre at my end etc.

Is it possible that the problem lies solely with this particular source, or could other sources be affected as well?

Could you please provide us with your graphics card information?

私も9.95％でその先に進みません。unifabオールインワン購入当初は内臓GPUで時間かければと思ってましたが、埒が明かずでNvidia RTX 5070Tiグラボを購入し、更にフェイスエンハンサーも追加購入しましたが、まだ最後までまともに変換出来ておりません。何らかの設定チューニングで回避策はないのか、最近設定項目にCPU実行コア数があることに気づきましたが最適値の情報を知りたいです。
自分はAMD Ryzen 7 7840HSのPCで8コア、16スレッドですが、設定値が自動で16だったので今はそのままにしてます。
いづれにしても、フェイスエンハンサー以外でも4.95?(くらい)で止まったり、バージョン3.0.0.9 でNvidia RTX 50 シリーズのAIモジュールがサポートされりたで、何で処理が止まりどうすれば回避できるか分からず困惑してます。早く昔のホームビデオの画質アップを終わらせたいところです。

確認のため、再度、顔向け高画質化 AIを試しましたが、やはり9.95％から先に進みません。また、他の機能も似たような不具合があったので顔向け高画質化 AIを外して確かめたところ、手ぶれ補正 AIは4.95で止まってます。あわせて改善を強く望みます。その他の機能も試す必要がありそうです。

ich habe das selbe Problem!
Mit einer alten Grafikkarte (10 Jahre) hat Face Enhancer anstandslos funktioniert.
FPS: 0,14 Bilder je Sekunde.
40 Stunden für 10 Minuten Bearbeitung für einen Film sind mit zu lange.

Neue Grafikkarte wurde eingebaut. (Geforce RTX 3050 Ventuts 2× 6GB GDDR6)
Leider stoppt das Programm Face Enhancer nun bei 9,95%.

Interessanterweise, wenn ich mit dem Programm Denoise einen Film mit 10 Minuten Film starte,
bin ich mit der neuen Grafikkarte bei einer Bearbeitungszeit von 35 Minuten.
FPS: Über 7,0 Bilder je Sekunde.

Wo liegt bei Face Enhancer der Fehler?

Frage 1) Die 3050 Grafikkarte bleibt bei Face Enhancer “immer” bei den 9,95% hängen. Die Auslastung GPU steigt dann von ₇₀% auf 100%. Nach betätigen der Abbruch Funktion kommt die Meldung:
“Der aktuelle Vorgang wird abgebrochen” Das Programm friert ein. Lösung?
Derzeit kann nur mit “Alt+STRG+Entf” das Programm beendet werden.

Frage 2) Es wurden verschiedene Formate getestet. Immer mit dem Ausgabeformat .mp4.
alle bleiben bei 9,95% hängen.

Es würde mich freuen wenn ich so bald wie möglich eine Antwort auf mein Problem mit der neuen Grafikkarte (einfrieren bei 9,95%) erhalten würde. Denn die Frist wo ich diese Grafikkarte zurückgeben könnte, läuft ab.

Hello dear UniFab Team,
I also have the same problem since I upgraded or changed my hardware components.

Working upscaling - old hardware configuration:
ASUS ROG STRIX B450 E-Gaming Wifi
AMD Ryzen 7 2700X
Nvidia GTX 1660 TI

9.95% faulty upscaling (all upscaling profiles) - new hardware configuration:
ASUS ROG STRIX B550 F-Wifi 2
AMD Ryzen 7 5700X
Nvidia RTX 5060 TI

After I installed the new hardware, I get the described error.
Furthermore, I can observe that after the process gets stuck at 9.95%, my GPU runs at 100% utilization but only consumes 20 watts of power.
UniFab can then only be terminated via Task Manager. Even after termination, the GPU continues to run at 100% utilization. I can only reset this through a system restart.

HenriXY You can delete the Runtime folder and the AImode folder restart the software to try again. The default path is

%appdata%\UniFabAI\UniFab\

Hallo,
Da ich bis jetzt keine Lösung für mein Problem bekommen habe, habe ich die Empfehlung für “HenriXY” probiert.
Ich habe den Runtime-Ordner und den AImode-Ordner gelöscht.
Das Programm wurde neu gestartet.
Leider war mein Problem mit dem einfrieren bei 9,95% nicht gelöst. Die GPU wandert auf 100% und das Programm lässt sich nur mehr mit “Alt+STRG+Entf” beenden.
Bitte Lösung für dieses Problem finden.

friedrich2187013 Bitte klicken Sie auf die Menü-Schaltfläche in der oberen rechten Ecke des UniFab-Bildschirms, gehen Sie zu “Open Log Folder” (Ordner mit Protokollen öffnen), packen Sie den gesamten Protokollordner zu einer Zip-Datei und senden Sie ihn in diesem Forum zu uns, damit wir ihn überprüfen können.

after the new Update i can confirm that my GPU is lower down the % usage from 100% to a normal state after i close unifab if its stopped at 9.95%. But still not working. 9.95% is the limit.
