Preview Player and ProRes Export Still Broken After Multiple Updates

The Preview Player has not been working properly for many days across multiple UniFab updates, but the issue is still not fixed.

Current issues:

Preview Player does not work correctly
Preview Clip stays blank/grey
Clicking Preview responds but nothing displays
Sometimes thumbnails do not load
Preview rendering fails silently without any error
ProRes export is also not working properly
ProRes processing/export has issues and is unreliable
Workflow becomes unusable for professional editing and restoration work

I tested multiple recent versions:

4.1.0.1
4.1.0.2
4.1.0.3
4.1.1.0
4.1.1.1

Many updates are being released, but the Preview Player problem still exists.

The changelogs mention UI fixes and stability improvements, but the Preview and ProRes issues are still not solved.

System:

Windows 11
RTX GPU
Paid version user

This issue seriously affects workflow because Preview checking is important before processing long videos.

Please properly fix:

Preview Player
Preview Clip rendering
Thumbnail generation
ProRes export reliability

These are core workflow features and should be stable.

Both issues — the blank/grey preview area with thumbnails failing to load, and the unreliable ProRes export — have been logged and passed to the engineering team. The fact that this persists across 4.1.0.1 through 4.1.1.1 tells us it’s not a one-off regression, so we’re treating it as a persistent bug to prioritize.

One quick question: which module are you using — Video Converter or Video Upscaler AI? That’ll help the team narrow things down faster.

I tested mainly in Video Upscaler AI using the Equinox model.

The Preview Player issue happens during Preview Clip generation:

blank/grey preview area
thumbnails not loading properly
preview playback failing silently

I also tested ProRes export behavior in the workflow and noticed reliability issues there as well.

The issue has been consistent across multiple recent versions.
