I don’t know if this is typical of all yearly Fabcloud credits buyers, but this is my experience.
I purchased one year of credits for $299 US.
I received the first 1000 Fabcloud credits on 1st of March.
I expected my 1000 April credits to be accredited on the 1st of April 2026, they never arrived.
I then raised a ticket to find out why my credits had not been allocated and I received an answer from Vivian that this was not normal and she allocated my 1000 credits for April.
Now, coming to the 1st of May 2026 I “hoped” that the situation had been resolved, but no credits arrived!
I then raised a new ticket asking why my previously purchased credits had not been allocated to my account.
I received an answer from an “AI Bot” to my ticket stating that, indeed it was odd that the credits had not been allocated and that it appeared that there was no process in place to allocate monthly purchased credits!
It’s words, not mine.
It then stated that it would pass the problem up to a “human” and “did I still want the credits”!!!
I stated “YES”, that was yesterday, and so far no credits received!
WHAT’S GOING ON?
When I buy something I expect a reasonable return.
This is not it!
WHERE ARE MY MONTHLY 1000 CREDITS??
I would not buy credits again, I purchased an RTX computer, but this is just bad consumer practices!
