Hi, thanks for the detailed feedback.
From your description, the output file being much smaller than expected and containing only audio does look abnormal. Since the same source video works correctly on your RTX 3060 PC, this may be related to the RTX 5090 environment, such as the GPU driver, hardware acceleration, or compatibility with the current RTX rapid upscaler in this version.
Could you please help us check a few things?
What NVIDIA driver version are you using on the RTX 5090 PC?
Does this issue only happen with RTX rapid upscaler, or does it also happen with other upscaler models?
Does it happen with all videos, or only with this specific source file?
Could you also send us the original source video you used for the conversion? This would be very helpful for reproducing and checking the issue on our side.
In the meantime, you may try updating or reinstalling the NVIDIA driver, or temporarily use another upscaler model / output setting to see whether the video can be exported normally.
We’ll need your environment details and, if possible, the source file to further investigate this issue. Thank you for helping us check it.
