Video Colorizer AI Fabcloud and Video Colorizer AI

I purchased the Fabcloud version to attempt to colorize a 2 hour black and white video, but the attempt just fails constantly.
Any plan for an update to make it work?

Also on an RTX computer I used the non-Fabcloud version to colorize a 2 hour black and white video.
This worked using the options High Speed and Standard for the output.
The result was very disappointing with faces and skin tone in general being terrible.
In fact it almost seemed like a badly colored zombie movie as faces were partially colored and partially gray.
Made people look like ghouls!!!
I also tried on, the RTX machine, a Slow Speed conversion but the process seemed to be scheduled over 3000 hours.
Just way too long. FPS were down at .02.
Seems like the process needs a lot more work to be successful.

@Brianhill4254254 Thanks for the feedback — both issues have been logged.

On the FabCloud version failing: we’ve flagged this for the engineering team to investigate. In the meantime, splitting the video into shorter segments before uploading may help work around the failure.

On the local version quality and speed: Video Colorizer AI’s local processing requires an NVIDIA RTX 30-series GPU or above (8 GB VRAM). If your RTX card is below the 30-series, that could explain the incomplete face colorization and the 3000+ hour estimate in Slow Speed mode.

We’d also recommend trying the Colorizer - FabCloud version — it processes faster and has had some fixes applied recently.

I am using Video Colorizer for a video of 45 minutes with an RTX5090. The problem is he same. It takes ages and the local result is very bad. Fabcloud should ga much faster, but it isn’t.
