I just updated to version 4.1.0.0. I wanted to convert a movie, but none of the settings I wanted to enter worked. So I went back to 4.0.7.1, which only works partially. I have already created a support ticket three times and listed the things that aren’t working, but no action is being taken. I already deeply regret spending so much money on a program with so many bugs and non-working features!
