Problems since 4.0.9.x

How do I ensure that during Video Upscaler AI that all files are processed. The interface indicates that it is doing each file individually, the tally total also reflects that count. However when viewing the completed files list, each processed file was done twice. Meaning that with an initial queue of 8 files, the completed tally shows 8 files processed, however when viewing the completed tab, only half the files were done, with the first four (4) files being done twice. the output directory shows as only the first 4 files were outputted.
This is the standard since the v4.0.9.x betas and also in the 4.1.0.0 official.
The only method of remedying these errors has been to completely remove these updated versions and install the last properly working version 4.0.7.1.
What have I done wrong or what settings need be changed to have the program process files as in 4.0.7.1?

The behavior you described — where only the first 4 files in an 8-file queue are actually processed, each twice, while the completed tally and output directory don’t match — has been logged and passed on to our technical team. We can see this is a regression introduced in v4.0.9.x beta that was not present in v4.0.7.1.

For now, continuing to use v4.0.7.1 is the recommended workaround until a fix is available in a future release.

If you’re able to share the following, it would help the team narrow down the root cause faster (not required):

UniFab log files (usually accessible via Help > Open Log, or in the log folder under the installation directory)
A screenshot showing the Completed tab alongside your output directory

Regarding the issue where Video Upscaler AI shows that all files in the queue have been completed, but only some files are actually exported and some files are processed twice, we have confirmed that this issue has been fixed in the latest version 4.1.1.1.

Please download and install the latest version 4.1.1.1, then try processing the batch again.
