To locate the UniFab log files, please go to the following path on your computer:
%USERPROFILE%\Documents\UniFabAI\UniFab\Log
You can copy and paste this path directly into the File Explorer address bar (or press Win + R, paste it, and hit
Enter).
If you can’t find it that way, you can also open it from within the app: click the menu icon in the top-right corner
of UniFab → Open Log Folder.
Please zip the entire Log folder and send it to us as an attachment. Thank you!
