Hardware acceleration problem

Hello,
I have Unifab version 4.0.7.1.
My problem is with my Nvidia RTX 5060 Ti graphics card: the encoding remains at 0%. I have to check “Use encoding and decoding software” in the Unifab GPU encoding settings.
I didn’t have this problem with version 3.

Thank you for your reply. We will arrange for technical personnel to analyze it. The preliminary judgment is that it may be caused by an abnormal model/AI plugin. It is recommended that you completely uninstall and re-trigger the download of the plugin and models. Wait for the model manager to finish downloading before proceeding with the conversion.

To uninstall the AI models or plugins, please follow these steps:

Close UniFab completely before deleting. If files are still locked after closing, please restart your computer
and try again.
Open File Explorer and paste the paths below into the address bar:
- AI Models: %appdata%\UniFabAI\UniFab\AImode
- Plugin: %appdata%\UniFabAI\UniFab\Runtime
- Plugin (Fast mode): %appdata%\UniFabAI\UniFab\Fast_Runtime
  (This folder only exists on non-NVIDIA 50-series GPUs — it’s normal not to see it if you have an RTX 50-series
  card.)
Delete the entire folder, not just the files inside.

You can also check the exact path from the app: Menu → Model Manager → Settings.

Once deleted, the files will be re-downloaded automatically the next time you use an AI feature.
