Missing Sound when upscaling using Fabcloud.

I am upscaling MPG (MPEG-2) video files to MP4 using Video Upscaler AI Fabcloud, but the upscaled videos are missing audio.

Can anyone explain how this could happen, as I am wasting my FabCloud Credits? 😢

I have tried both H264 & H265, and for ‘Output Audio’ I only have the option to ‘Keep Original’.

The original files 100% have sound.

If I convert the source file from MPG to MP4 it seems to work, but this is a lot of extra steps as most of my files to upscale are MPG.

Any advice on how to use the source MPEG-2 files would be welcome 😄

I can’t see my history, so I am not sure exactly how many credits I used, but it was around 100 before I realised there was no sound on my mpeg conversions.

There is also the same issue with AVI files.

It seems only mp4 files are converting with sound.
