You can copy the above path and paste it into the File Explorer address bar or the Win + R Run dialog box, then press Enter to open it. If you cannot open it, please manually navigate to the ‘Documents → UniFabAI → UniFab → Log’ directory.
After the issue occurs, please package the entire Log folder as a zip archive and upload or send it to us as an attachment. If you cannot find log files in that path, please also inform us of the specific situation (e.g., folder does not exist or is empty), and we will further assist you in confirming.
