I am still waiting for a response regarding my support ticket.
I want to emphasize that I am currently unable to use any of the items I have purchased. Despite having a “Lifetime License,” the software is demanding a mandatory subscription, which prevents me from accessing the features I already paid for.
This is a clear breach of our agreement. If I do not receive a valid solution that allows me to use my purchased software without a subscription immediately, I will have no choice but to escalate this as a fraudulent transaction and initiate a chargeback through my credit card company.
