Video Upscale and smoother showing "Expired" status after full purchase

I have purchased Video Upscale (not a subscription ) and smoother , but it still shows as “Expired.” I opened a support ticket regarding this, but I haven’t received a response and cannot use the software. I even tried removing the device from “Manage Devices” and re-trying, but the problem persists.

Please note that Video Upscaler AI and Video Upscaler AI - FabCloud are two different features. The latter is the cloud processing version; please double-check that you haven’t confused them.

Please verify that you have purchased Video Upscaler AI - Titanus Model (this model is DLC for Video Upscaler AI and requires a Video Upscaler AI license to use).
