I’m writing to report ongoing issues with the “Video Upscaler AI” feature using the FabCloud feature on UniFab version 4.0.3.0.
Previously, cloud processing worked flawlessly. About 24 hours ago, I successfully upscaled 30 short videos (10 seconds each) to 4K without any issues.
However, since yesterday, the FabCloud service seems to be completely down or unresponsive. Here are the details of the problem:
Yesterday: I tried to process a new batch of videos. All of them failed after a long wait, displaying the error message: “Cloud processing failed. The task stopped due to an unexpected error during the ‘Cloud Processing’ phase.” The queue position was 69.
Today: I tried again with just one video to test it. The process was stuck at 0.00% for over 40 minutes. I also noticed the queue position had jumped to 181, which strongly suggests a server-side delay or global outage.
As a user with a significant credit balance (3022.5), it’s incredibly frustrating not being able to use the cloud services I rely on.
Is anyone else experiencing something similar? And what should I do?
