AI Upscale Audio / Video out of sync with M2TS Sources

I like the AI Upscale (3840×2160 with High Quality Video) output using the Titanus AI mode for upscaling 1080P sources. I have an Nvidia 5070 ti video card. This mode works very well with MKV source files but with M2TS the audio / video are out of sync. If I convert the M2TS files to MKV using converter and then use AI Upscale the audio / video are in sync. This is very consistent.

AI Upscale does use the Nvdia card when upscaling and I get around 38fps. If I use Rapid HDR or Rapid Upscaling with M2TS files I don’t see the sync problem, just with AI Upscale, which Has the Titanus mode. I suspect things might be fine if I disable GPU support with AI Upscale but it would likely be very very slow.
