We have not yet reproduced the “completely black screen” issue in our internal testing. To more accurately pinpoint the problem, please provide the following information:
1️⃣ Input video format (e.g., MKV / MP4 / H264 / H265, etc.)
2️⃣ Input video resolution and frame rate
3️⃣ Output settings (resolution, encoding format, whether hardware acceleration is enabled)
4️⃣ Does the issue only occur in Rapid RTX Upscale mode, or does it also occur with other AI models?
If the problem persists, please attach the log file (top right corner of the software → Open Log Folder) so we can analyze it further.
