Where is Kairo (Animation) Model?

I am on UniFab v4.0.0.0 on MacOS Sequoia 15.4 - Video Upscaler AI (mac) only.

I got it for the Kairo (Animation/Anime) model. I have everything in Plugins and Model Manager fully installed, but the only models in the dropdown selection are Equinox and Titanus. Where is Kairo?

I submitted a ticket, but got a bot response saying “it might not be included in your package” when it definitely is.

I would like to add that I’m experiencing the same issue. I’m running Mac OS Tahoe 26.3 and am licensed for UniFab All in One with version 4.0.0.0 installed. I’ve contacted support and am awaiting response.

I’ve purchased Titanus so it shows up along with Equinox as an option however Kairo is definitely missing.

aaronmcmurray383970 Hello, the current Mac version of Upscaler has not been launched with the Kairo (Anime) model; The Windows version has all the models;
However, we have plans to add this model to the Mac as well, so stay tuned.
