When will Unifab 4.0 work as advertised?

Now that I have purchased Unifab 4.0, when will it work as advertised?
All attempts so far using cloud ai have failed to upload to the cloud and 4000 credits disappeared?
I have since gotten the 4000 credits back but uploads still fail.
Seems a bit of a “dead duck” at the moment!
Do you have an idea as to when it will work?

Thank you for your feedback. Could you please let us know whether this issue occurs with all videos you try to upload, or only with specific files?

If possible, we would also appreciate it if you could upload the log files from the failed attempts. We will forward the logs to our technical team so they can investigate and assist you as quickly as possible.

Tried again tonight, failed again, this time it went beyond the cloud, so what is wrong with it?
Uploaded fine, went thru the cloud to ai upload to 4K, then it failed!!
Have I lost my credits?
