Video Converter Not Working Correctly

The Video Converter is not syncing audio and video during the last 50% of conversion. I’m unable to find a fix. Has anyone experienced this issue. It stopped working for me about one month ago and the current update has not fixed or addressed the issue.

The file has been uploaded as requested.
File Name: The People Under the Stairs (1991).avi

The original file type was mp4 and only the file type was changed for the conversion process, no other options were selected. The audio and video goes out of sync during the last 50% to 25% of the file conversion.
