In the meantime, please try the following workaround:
Uninstall UniFab using the UniFab uninstaller, or go to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features and remove UniFab completely.
After uninstalling, open This PC and check C:\Program Files or the original UniFab installation directory. If any related files remain, please delete them manually.
Once all cleanup steps are completed, download and reinstall UniFab from the following link:
https://download.unifab.ai/mlink?p=UniFab
After installation, right-click the UniFab shortcut and select “Run as administrator” to see if the issue is resolved.
If UniFab still does not run properly, please temporarily disable any active antivirus / anti-spyware / firewall software, then launch UniFab again and check the result.
