Very Slow Colorizer Al.
I am using DVDFab, StreamFab and UniFab. Both the DVDFab and StreamFab worked as advised and is fast. However, the UniFab is another story. I am using a fast HP ZFury G10 with 64 of memory.
My computer is running 24 hours straight for the past 11 days to Colorizer (2) B/W movies merged for a total of 310 minutes with only 80% finished. With a little of luck this Colorizer Ing will be finished my New Year Eve. Then I will see just how good the Colorizer works.

Well after 12 days and continue running and after 84 percent finish my coloring project died. When I reset the computer all of the previous work is gone. At that point I installed 4.0 and tried again to see if it is faster. We’ll colorizer is now even slower.

Something happened with the last update and every model I have used, including colorization does not utilize the GPU like it used to in the previous version. GPU stays under 10% utilization, to color a 1080×720 20 second clip it used to take about 10 - 20 seconds, not it takes 45 minutes.

I verified after reinstalling GPU drivers that it is set to use GPU, yet it doesn’t it uses more CPU than GPU. Something is broken making this software nearly useless.

I just tried this and it seemed to help. I went to task manager, click details on the left, find unifab, right click, set priority and set it to high. This sped it up, it is thrashing a bit on the gpu though it used to be smoother or maybe I just noticed it.
