Maybe you’re right and they want to change their licensing model, but I don’t see that happening at the moment. They have continued to release features that can be used locally. And at the same time, they have offered existing features as a cloud service. Personally, I would use the cloud services. I’ve collected so many tokens and haven’t really been able/willing to use them until now. If the cloud is working well….But I also think this is a smart move, as not everyone has such powerful hardware, e.g., 4K upscaling and higher, min. 12.5 GB GPU RAM, etc., or even those who are afraid of the execution time….
Please remain objective and don’t attack me directly, I’m here for a looooong time…years…I came across from dvdfab. I have always been able to resolve my issues directly with support, not like you with your aggressive posts all over the forum.
I am mostly satisfied… archiving my old DVD collection worked very well. But, for example, I don’t like the new RTX features and the new Titanum model; the quality is poor, but the previous models were good. What I also dislike is the distribution of new versions; sometimes I receive them days or even a week later… Most of the problems I have seen in the forum did not apply to me.
