before i created this post, i created a ticket to address the subtitle issue. i got an email response from
an “AI staff”.
when i clicked on “No, I need human help”
i noticed that on the top there is an error saying “auth failed”
when i checked my tickets there were no open, pending, or in progress tickets.
i have tried clicking on “No, I need human help” using my phone and pc using 3 different web browsers with no ad blockers and allowing cookies.
and i still see the “auth fail” error
can someone comfirm that ticket system is functioning? because i still see no tickets or an email with a human response after 2 days of waiting. is it because of the “auth fail” error?
