We are developing an innovative RTX Denoise feature aimed at enhancing video noise reduction. To better tailor our solution to your needs, we would appreciate your input on the following aspects:

The primary challenges you face when dealing with video noise.
Key features you prioritize when using noise reduction tools.
Expectations regarding user interface and experience.

Additionally, to optimize our algorithms, we invite you to provide short video clips (they don’t need to be lengthy, just clearly noisy). Please also specify the source of the video to help us assess and improve our solutions more effectively. These sources include:

Webcam recordings
Movie or video footage
Screen recordings
Online videos
Others (please specify)

At this time, we’d like to get the comfy UI and the translation apps as well as the enhancements we requested in the separate thread, stop developing this one and focus on fixing what we really want and need.
This especially including fixing Dolby Vision which is still not working after almost 10months of discussion when initially you said you would do profile 8, where is it?
Also, you broke the RTX4070Ti performances since 31 release, please fix it.
The pause feature is partially implemented and does not allow to use other applications when paused due to your 1990s SW design.
I have a lot of bugs open on other things, please fix these.
Then when we have things working maybe it would be time to think about something else, it would be time to listen to us isntead of you replicating the same mistakes over and over, and then you release features which are not working such as RTX lately and if this continues, you will loose your customers, i,e US

We want to assure you that we are actively working to fix the issues you’ve highlighted while simultaneously developing new features. These two efforts are not mutually exclusive, and we strive to balance both to provide you with improved functionality and a better user experience.

Regarding Profile 8, please note that this is a long-term project and may be planned for release next year. As for the RTX 4070 Ti, its performance has not been compromised. We recommend comparing the results between the previous and current versions using the same source and settings—you should not see substantial differences in speed.

The pause feature for Converter and Compressor is currently being enhanced. However, due to technical limitations on the cloud side, the pause function is not yet feasible for cloud processing. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

vivi clearly it is not balanced at all since waiting for more than a year to fix Dolby Vision which is still not working because you do not want to fix the current bug, is not an acceptable solution for anyone.
In addition, there is about a 50% performance difference between the previous version and the new one, this has been proven over and over already, and this is a drop in performance which is also not acceptable from a user perspective.
So instead of doing something new, the current users can expect these functionalities they PAID FOR to work properly.
And these are only two examples there are plenty others as you well know

So sorry but nope this is not balanced right now and most of the latest release either did not work, were buggy or were half implemented when released and did not fully fulfill customer expectations

Your video resolution is too low and requires enhancement using Video Upscaler. This does not fall under the category of noisy videos. Noisy videos are those with visible noise but the image itself is not blurry. This these are examples for noisy video：

Denoiser has been broken for me for months now, it simply bombs out about 80% through any video I try, would love a working RTX version that is faster
