I am thinking of buying a new PC for upscaling 90-120 minute MKV 1080p video files to 4K. Would a PC with the following specification do this in a reasonable time when used with UniFab RTX Rapid Upscaler AI?
- Intel Core i7-13700K CPU.
- GeForce RTX 5070 Ti GPU.
- 32GB DDR5 6000 MHz RAM.
- 2TB NVMe Gen4 SSD.
