Unifab Out of Synch Audio after Processeing any file with audio

When I process files using the auto-pilot, video upscaler, hdr upconverter, rtx rapid hdr etc., the audio always falls out of synch. Upscaler works perfect when using DVDFab but not in UniFab. Unifab support is unable to reproduce my issue and has no feedback for workarounds. Just woundering if someone in this user community had similar issues using the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti. These issues have not been resolved since I purhcased the initial version of the product back in November 2023. Getting the upgrade a few months ago had the same issues with the new products, i.e. rtx rapid hdr. I fear the only fix is purchasing a new computer with an updated NVIDIA card.

Feedback: If you had similar issues and found a workaround, let me know. If you have a system that works great with Unifab, let me know what you reccomend. My system specs are;

tdeggend970180 Are you using Autopilot? Does the desynchronization occur after processing multiple products?
Does the desynchronization occur when processing a single product as well? Which product is experiencing the desynchronization?
For your issues, could you please try using other videos to see if this is a universal problem or specific to this one?

autopilot is not reliable at all and is a mess, what happens if you do each task separately…

It is a universal problem with different videos and different products with one exception that I tried today. Before today, a dozen different files had audio synching issues in multiple products but in all those cases I was upscaling from SD (480p) to HD (1080p) which is my goal 90% of the time. To be clear, once the auto-pilot did not work, all subsequent files were used in different individual products.

Today, using the video upscaler to enhance an SD (480p) to 2x upscale, keeping the audio the same and using quality optimized as the model worked.

Since this is the first time any of the products worked by changing the settings, I will use the same origin file to test incremental features/settings.

Solved: I installed a new SSD and moved my original files to it. Original files and output files are now on the same SSD. Prior to the change, I was using one storage device for the orignal files and another for the output files and that seemed to be the cause of the issue. Upscaler, RTX HDR, Upmixer output files have all been successful using various settings.
